Refunds
No refunds. All nail stands and palettes are non-refundable These are customized palettes that you have placed and have asked to state specifications on. There will be no refunds once the transaction is complete. So please be ready before ordering. No refunds no exceptions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product has some issues we’ll need a photo of the item to check to see what the issue may be. Please contact us through email and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. If the damage or issues is from my end I will replace the item once the item is sent back to me and I’ve received it. Also for the replacement will take a few days upon receiving your defected item, to make so please keep that in mind.
Exchanges
If you would like an exchange you will have to pay for the shipping. Also we must receive your item first before we can issue you a brand new exchange.
Shipping
Shipping custom items will take anywhere from 1-2 weeks. The custom orders do take 2-4 days depending on the item as some custom orders take a few steps each day to create so please keep that in mind when ordering your item. I can not do rushed orders as I custom make these myself. Please be patient when ordering the items! I greatly appreciate it!
